I've just reviewed the latest version of Fatblaster MAX, & yes, I had some good & bad results with these tablets…

What's in FatBlaster Max?

FatBlaster is claimed by Naturopathica to be the #1 "natural" weight loss supplement in Australia. Naturopathica's new version of FatBlaster Max includes all the ingredients encountered in the initial FatBlaster Max (except Chitosan), but now is redeveloped with:
50% more Guarana, Gynema Syvestre and Yerba Mate
100% more Bitter Orange
400% more Green Tea

 

Green tea is very high in antioxidants, but it has one drawback, however, and that is its caffeine content. Now that fatblast has more guarana & green tea your consuming alot of caffeine. I think it can help you get off to a good start to losing weight, because personally I find that the caffeine in these pills help me exercise on a regular basis with a bit more intensity. I ingested 2 tablet before I would go to the gym each day & discovered i had real bounce in my step when I arrived at the gym. If you have difficulty swallowing the pill because of its size, break it using its break bar. And yes, the tablet is big.

Does FatBlaster really work?

I found that it did inhibit my hunger in between meals, and i didn't eat as much during meals, although the pills did bloat my stomach sometimes. Its no magic bullet, you still have to do the nutritious diet & physical exertion "thing".

On the negative side, some of the side effects where my stomach become bloated at times, and I had an challenging time sleeping at night. At the beginning this product also dehydrated my skin until I raised the amount of water I was drinking each day. Fatblaster incorporates Guarana & green tea, which both contain lots of caffeine. Large doses of Caffeine can cause frequent trips to the toilet to "spend a penny" & just dehydrators you in general.

Should you buy FatBlaster?

I would not advocate this product for those who tend to get affected by caffeine products like coffee and energy drinks that incorporate caffeine. Personally, i had real issues getting to sleep at night, plus i was generally restless & "fidgety" during the day.
