How to get six pack abs by working on your stomach muscles for over 7 minutes excites & "burns" the capillaries around this area. This in turn boosts the blood flow, greater blood flow means more oxygen...fat only burns in the presence of oxygen. More muscles means more calories are burned, particularly those calories from the area nearest the toned six pack abs muscles

Its like both for me becasue before i was doing these exercises i had like fat on my belly i could grab and there were no muscles showing on my belly also but then soon after i cant grab the fat i had and there are muscles showing up
